The Taylor Estate combines the 3 story, 4 BR/2.5 BA2300 sq ft Manor with it's detached, 2 story, 2BR / 2 BA, 1200 sq ft Carriage House (also a complete home in itself). The homes may be rented together as the Estate (sleeps 16), or separately (Manor sleeps 10, Carriage House sleeps 6). Spacious with high ceilings and soft leather furnishings, marble fireplaces, and tiled/stone and wood floors. Both homes boast foliage-filled, shady courtyards with charcoal grills and outside seating. In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

$100.00 cancellation fee on all cancellations made greater than 60 days prior to arrival. $300.00 cancellation fee on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. Loss of all monies paid if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival unless reservation is rescheduled or owner is able to rebook.

Booking deposit requires one nights accommodation- non-refundable.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Includes refundable security/damage deposit.
Fees include room accommodation tax, one-time-cleaning fee. Parking is free.
Pets require pre-approval and separate pet fee per pet.

A fax number or email must be provided and a Rental Agreement is then sent to the traveler which must be signed, dated, and faxed back or emailed back to owner within 48 hours of booking. Copy of traveler drivers license also to be faxed/emailed. Followoing receipt of signed rental agreement/Drivers license, a rental confirmation is emailed to the traveler.
