Payment and Cancellation Policy in the Peak Season (July - August, Sept 1 to Sept 7th 2009): A one night deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation must be at least 6 weeks prior to arrival- Otherwise deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is 3 days prior to arrival - 100% of your reservation value will be charged.
Payment and Cancellation Policy in Shoulder Season (May and June): A one night deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation must be 2 weeks prior to arrival. Otherwise deposit is forfeited.
Payment and Cancellation Policy in the Off Season ( Sept 8th 2009 - April 2010): Off Season - No deposit required. Full payment on arrival. Cancellation must be at least 48 hours prior to arrival otherwise a penalty of 1 night stay + taxes will be debited to credit cards.
