Normal days: +48 hours notice - no charge, within 48 hours or no show/no call - charged in full. **Holidays: +14 days notice - no charge, within 14 days or no show/no call - charged in full. **AQS Quilt Show: no refund if cancelled within 30 days of the show.

30% deposit required to reserve the whole B&B for the special rate of $150 USD +tax (excluding holidays). No deposit required for 1 room only.
