This accommodation always requires prepayment for its bookings.
In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
• For cancellations only 50% of the booking deposit will be charged if the cancellation been made 28 days prior the day of entrance.
• If you fail to arrive during the arrival date and you do not advise us of your anticipated late arrival we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you and no monies will be refunded.
• We would not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but sometimes problems occur and we do have to make alterations or, very occasionally cancel bookings. If this does happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking and, if it is necessary to cancel your booking, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us.
Booking Agreement:
When booking this accommodation, travellers will be required to accept the terms and conditions of a booking agreement in addition to the prepayment and cancellation policies shown above. To see the agreement, click here.
• At arrival, identification documents such as a PASSPORT must be shown.
• The booking is for the property indicated and it is rented on a self-catering basis for the number of people (including pet if applicable). Confirmation of the booking is done with the receipt of payment. Attached in this booking are pictures of the property to be rented.
• The final balance and key / damages deposit are payable in cash to the property directly upon your arrival.
• The key / damages deposit is refundable on your departure subject to any deductions arising on the property/pool/plot or loss of any item of the property inventory. Please advise us of any damage of the property's fixtures or fittings and / or breakages that occur during your stay. Let us know so that it can be replaced or repaired for your enjoyment and for future guests. Any associated costs that may incur if you fail to communicate will be at your expense.
• Entrance is from 16:00hrs to 22:00hrs. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact the person whose details are given on our booking confirmation so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the property. If you fail to arrive during the arrival date and you do not advise us of your anticipated late arrival we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you and no monies will be refunded.
• While reasonable care has been taken to ensure the health, safety and security of our guests, we are neither liable nor can be held responsible for any losses, injuries, incidents or accidents that may occur in respect of any rental, whether on or off the property. We strongly advise that you have adequate cover in respect of the appropriate insurance policies for travel, health and other personal requirements in place to accommodate any eventualities you consider relevant and associated to your rental.
• Children are the responsibility of an adult representative. For security reasons, children cannot stay alone in the pool or surrounding area.
• Outgoing guests are requested to vacate the property by 12:00 hours. Incoming guests can 'move in' from 16:00 hours, unless by prior arrangement.
• Late checkout from 12:00hrs up until 15:00hrs or early checking from 09:00hrs has a cost of 30 Euros.
• It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be promptly resolved.
• Please bring your own beach/pool towels – as these are not provided.
• Pool recommendations must be followed at all times.
• The property must be left in the same state and condition as it was when you moved in. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Parties are not allowed.
• Peace and quiet in the area must be maintained, after 12:00hrs midnight, silence must be kept.
• It is not permitted any act or action which may be or becomes a nuisance, damage, annoyance or inconvenience to any adjoining or neighbouring property. Any illegal or immoral acts are not permitted on the property. Respectful behaviour and care of the environment should be shown. You are responsible at all times for the conduct of the people with you.
• If you make use of the BBQ, please clean and leave it as you would like to find it – prior to your departure. If you require BBQ wood/gas, a maid service or bed linen, please ask for it and we will be happy to help. These additional services have a cost of 20 Euros/box/service.
• No refunds will be issued if the renter leaves the bungalow before the finish of the rental period or in case of cancelations with less than 28 days prior of the day of entrance.
• For any changes to an existing reservation, please contact the accommodation office directly and as soon as possible. A change fee of 20% of the booking deposit will be applied for any changes made.
Conditions in case you bring a pet.
• There will be a cost of 5 Euros per day when you bring a pet.
• Only small and well behaved pets are permitted as long as they do not cause any nuisance.
• At all times, pets must be well cared for, kept in good hygienic conditions, and must have a pet clinic book. Pet owners must prevent their pets from spoiling the property, garden and other surroundings, or urinating on plants outside of the plot. The pet owner is sole person responsible for his/her pet and all the actions the animal incurs.
• Any pet outside of the plot must be accompanied by a responsible person and be on a lead at all times.
• It is totally forbidden to let the pet swim in the pool or wash it in the home or the plot.
Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions will be treated as a cancellation of the booking by you without any refundable money.
