Our rural guest house was established in 2004 when we dicovered a wonderful property within the arab neighbourhood of Benacacira (XIth a.C) in the city centre of Chelva (Valencia).
The main objective was to keep the atmosphere of an old cottage house by preserving the originality of the former construction. So as, the decoration was based on antique pieces of furniture and other traditional elements.
As the manager of the company, i tried to create not only a warm and cosy accommodation but also functional and comfortable. I am on charge of keeping the premises as perfect as possible. One of the reasons for enjoying my work is that i am fond of restoring pieces of furniture, and also for learning about the history of old buildings.
The house has got plenty of authentic details ready to be descovered by our guests.
It is likely that you feel in touch with the nature and art in our accommodation. Anyone can try the ecological products grown in the area, or admire the astonishing Peña Cortada Roman Aqueduct (s.I).

CASA TAURE rural tourism is accommodation interior located in the mountains of the Serrania of Valencia. The location of the House in the Arab quarter of Benacacira (village) of the historic centre of Chelva (Valencia) determines the singularity and charm of the housing. The House has a traditional structure as architectural elements of the Arab quarter of Chelva, one of the oldest villages of the municipality were used in its construction. Their comprehensive rehabilitation, carried out in 2004, has been based on the conservation, recovery and consolidation of the original structure.
