The Villa at Waters Edge is a lakeside vacation rental perfect as a relax getaway retreat. The villa is located in a secluded cove on Lake Wylie, so if fishing, paddle boating, kayaking or canoeing interest you, you will love the waterfront accessibility. The interior, is well appointed with modern furnishings and all the comforts of home. The Villa features a luxurious master suite equipped with 6ft soaking tub, glass block turret shower, bidet, double sided fireplace, 12 ft stepped ceilings,and hardwood floors. The modern great room features riverviews from every window, floor to ceiling windows complement the 20foot barrel ceiling, dual ceiling fans and antique bronze chandelier. Take a moment to step out on one of the three verandas to enjoy the view al fresco. Archways lead to the marvelous kitchen featuring copper farm sink, Thermador hood, granite counter tops, and a center island. If you love high definition the media room features a projection screen, surround sound, and complimentary DVD's. Not to forget wireless internet for the business traveler and those who must stay connected. Only 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte guests can frequent many venues, Mint Museum, Discovery Place, Bobcats Arena, Panthers Stadium, Blumenthal theater, Nascar, and a plethra of other to do's.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Please cancel seven days in advance. If we are able to rebook your stay your money will be refunded in full minus a processing fee.

One half of the total rental amount is needed to make a reservation, balance due upon arrival.

The Villa at Waters Edge is an intimate property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. A 50% advanced payment is taken upon reservation. Your reservation balance is due upon arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less $25 processing.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your stay, a full or partial refund may be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 15 day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.
